Perfecting Touch Outreach Ministries (PTOM) is a Christ-centered ministry founded in 2013 with a divine mandate to transform lives, strengthen families, and advance the Kingdom of God through prayer, biblical teaching, outreach, discipleship, and compassionate service.

Since its founding, Perfecting Touch Outreach Ministries has remained committed to reaching people beyond the traditional walls of the church and creating an atmosphere where individuals can experience the love and presence of God, discover their God-given identity, receive spiritual restoration, and be equipped to walk boldly in their purpose and calling.  Under the leadership of Apostle Weldresha Thompson, PTOM is dedicated to ministering to the whole person—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. The ministry believes that no life is beyond God's reach and that through the transforming power of Jesus Christ, broken places can be restored, faith can be renewed, and purpose can be awakened. Prayer is at the heart of Perfecting Touch Outreach Ministries. Through intercession, prophetic ministry, biblical teaching, worship, community outreach, leadership development, and fellowship, PTOM seeks to cultivate believers who are spiritually mature, equipped for service, and prepared to make a Kingdom impact within their families, communities, churches, workplaces, and beyond.  Perfecting Touch Outreach Ministries is more than a ministry—it is a place of transformation, restoration, empowerment, and preparation. We are committed to reaching the lost, strengthening the believer, developing Kingdom leaders, serving our communities, and creating opportunities for people to encounter God in meaningful and life-changing ways.  Since 2013, our desire has remained steadfast: to touch lives with the love of Christ, perfect the saints for the work of ministry, and empower people to become everything God has called them to be.
